What to expect when you buy from this closet on Tagral.
Tagral is a peer-to-peer marketplace
Laura is an independent seller listing their own clothing. Tagral facilitates payments and surfaces these listings, but we do not own, inspect, or guarantee any item sold on the platform. Every order is a transaction between you and the seller.
Item condition is described by the seller
Look at every photo, read the description, and ask questions before you buy. Laura chooses the condition rating and writes the listing copy. Once an order ships, all sales are final unless the seller explicitly offers returns on that item.
Disputes
If something goes wrong with an order, file a dispute through the payment provider you used at checkout — Stripe (your card network) or PayPal directly. Both have their own buyer-protection processes that we cannot override. Tagral can share the order record on request, but we do not mediate disputes between buyers and sellers.
Authenticity
Tagral does not authenticate items. Sellers are responsible for representing their items truthfully. If you receive an item you believe is counterfeit, file a dispute with your payment provider and email tagral@meansalot.com so we can review the listing.
Shipping
Items typically ship within 2 business days of payment. Tracking is provided by email once the seller drops the package off with the carrier. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your address.
Reviews
After every purchase, you can leave an honest review of the seller. We surface the seller’s review history on every storefront so other buyers can shop with confidence. Verified-purchase reviews are labeled as such.
Privacy
Your shipping address is shared with the seller and the carrier (USPS, UPS, or whichever service is selected) so your order can be delivered. Your email address is shared with the seller for order updates only. We do not sell or rent your information.
