Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Tagral account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, what gets removed, and what we are required to keep.

Delete Your Account In the App

The fastest way to delete your account is from inside the Tagral app:

  1. Open the Tagral app and go to the Settings tab.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm when prompted. Your account and data will be permanently removed.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it first in the iOS Settings app under your name → Subscriptions — deleting your Tagral account does not cancel Apple billing.

Request Deletion by Email

If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject line "Delete my account." We will verify the request and process it. We do not charge a fee for deletion requests.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

What May Be Retained

A limited amount of information may be retained after deletion only where the law requires it or to resolve disputes — for example, transaction records needed for tax or accounting purposes, or records relevant to fraud prevention. Retained records are kept no longer than required and are not used for any other purpose.

Listings you already published to third-party marketplaces (eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Facebook Marketplace, etc.) live on those platforms and are governed by their policies. Deleting your Tagral account does not remove listings from those marketplaces — you'll need to remove those directly on each platform.

Timeline

In-app deletion removes your account immediately. Backups and replicated systems are fully purged within 30 days. Email requests are completed within 30 days of verification.
