Common Questions
How does scanning work?
Point your camera at the size dot or hang tag on a garment. Tagral reads it, matches the item against our product catalog, and pulls up the brand, style, size, and color. If a scan doesn't land, you can always enter the details manually.
A scan didn't identify my item correctly
Identification works best with good lighting and the dot or tag in focus. Try rescanning, or use manual entry to set the product yourself. Reports of misidentified items help us improve accuracy — email us the details and we'll take a look.
How are prices suggested?
Suggested prices are estimates based on real resale comparables across marketplaces. They are guidance, not guarantees — you set your own asking price for every listing.
Which marketplaces does Tagral support?
Tagral helps you draft and cross-list to platforms including eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, and Facebook Marketplace. Tagral is not a marketplace itself — every sale happens between you and the buyer on the platform where the listing lives.
How do I manage my subscription?
Paid plans are billed through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel a subscription, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
I forgot my password / can't sign in
Use the "Forgot password" option on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link by email. If you still can't get in, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll help.
How do I delete my account or data?
